Site to buy binoculars where I can specify features?

Want long eye relief, 50mm interpupillary distance (quite narrow), close focus as close as 8 yards...

Looking for a seller that allows me to drill down to these details, or can do it for me on the phone.

Want to see the birdfeeder magnified a bit.
