It's funny that more people here will cop to smoking pot than watching Jersey Shore.

I'd have to do the former in order to stomach doing the latter...

From a programming perspective it is a good idea.

Think about the possibilities for the next country. My vote would be for Iran.

Empty V MTV never lived up to its potential, IMHO, but once the "reality" show mentality took hold, I was outta there.

As a younger man I would have watched South Park, The Simpson, Beavis and Butthead, King Of The Hill-type shows, but now I find that sort of thing annoying. Give me a Ken Burn documentary any day...

I thing the spray-on tanning salon industry would be a safe thing to rebalance into, based on the orange glow the cast exudes.

John Boehner is working hard to develop incentives for them, so this looks like a winner.

So, western civilization has gone full circle - from the rise of the Roman Empire to its complete destruction with the return of the Jersey Shore crew to Italy.

Funniest thing I heard in a long while was a political commentator on NPR call John Boehner the first man of color Speaker of the House.

Yup. He's got the same skin tone as the Jersey Shore cast

I know it took a looooong time to develop the orange spray tan Boehner uses so that it wouldn't streak from streams of tears.
