The first ripe Sungold tomato has appeared...

The first ripe Sungold tomato has appeared. The Mrs. saw it and I know would pop that luscious bit of orange goodness in her mouth in a second. I’ve made it clear since I start them from seeds, plant them, water them I get the first of the season. I believe it is our earliest sungold.

We just had dinner chicken cutlets and first yellow squash of the season. The squash was cut and drizzled with oil, garlic and Parmesan cheese and baked. It was awesome.

It wont be long and ill be enjoying a caprese salad. Why i love summer!
