Lol.. I never marinated anything over 24 hours. Id be curious to know how that came out. Most of my conversations deal in the produce area. Everyone squeezing melons and sniffing them just makes me laugh. Though I found if you sniff where a melon has been picked you can get an idea of how ripe it is.
