Has the Sports Illustrated Jinx struck again?

Lindsey Vonn, a favorite of the Olympics may not be ready to compete. She was on the SI cover in Feb.

So, do you believe there is such a thing as a jinx? The rational side says no way, but my eyes say for one team (The Chicago Cubs ) yes.

Logical reasons says curses are nothing more than superstitions. But to be the devil's advocate. If curses don't exist, then is there such a thing as bad luck, or divine intervention?
