The Sun King

Shall we appoint this 59 year old guy as the FIRE spokesperson? He basically has worked just a few years (on a pot farm in California!) and gives a few massages at night. He doesn't have a care in the world (doesn't seem to have health insurance, no bank account or credit cards). He lives off the kindess of others (an elderly couple whom he befriended left him their house!). And he never gets bored because he has one true purpose in life: getting a tan.

We've met more than one like this in our fifteen years of nomadic life. There are a lot of very free people out in the world, unnoticed by those who go to offices and work everyday. More than one way to skin a cat, my mother used to say, and she was right, I guess.
