After putting up with 7 consecutive days of sunny 75 degree weather in Arizona, I came home to 41 degrees and cloudy, and the it looks to be 48 -52 and rainy for the next week.

Amazingly, we are finally going to break the 70-degree mark around here tomorrow. I think the real reason why I look forward to the NCAA Final Four is that it signals that baseball and summer are not far behind!

53 degrees here this afternoon and a winter storm watch with 6 or more inches of snow for tonight and tomorrow.

We finally got our first 70+ degree day of the year. Of course this is Wisconsin so we aren't allowed to have good weather: Tornado Warning siren is going off.

Yikes. The Good News? Spring is here. The Bad News? We'll all be cowering in our homes with the onslaught of tornado watches/warnings.

Spring is here: for 1 day. Tomorrow goes back to highs in the 50's and lows in the 30's. I don't consider that spring. That's still winter to me.

Another rainy, cloudy day here. Now that the glaciers are melted, we are overdue for some sunny weather.

6-10 inches of snow over the next 24 hours If the winter weather continues into May that would be 8 months with winter weather

So far we've had 1 day above 60 degrees. It was a balmy 24 this morning and a high today of 39. All the big snow storms have gone south of us this winter but the cold seems to be stuck here.

This is odd even for Wisconsin. We are basically having a severe thunderstorm. We have the lightning, loud thunder, and strong winds but instead of rain we're getting very heavy snow. Sometimes so heavy there's no visibility(whiteout). This snow is very wet and heavy. I see power outages in my near future. I'm turning the heat up to 75 so when it goes out it'll take a little longer to get cold. Temps will be in the 20's and 30's for the next couple days.

Awakened at 0230 by thunder; heavy rain and lightning until ~3 hours ago. 3 inches of rain; flooding all over the place; roads closed; a grocery store parking lot flooded with cars floating around.
So far has been a very wet year.

Not here. We're still drinking dust a little farther to the south.

Yep, down here ever farther south we're drowning in it.

I keep glancing out the rear window down into the valley to our south, looking for signs of smoke. All the news about fires makes me very nervous...

Pretty nerve-wracking. There seem to be more fires in Texas each day.

Apparently a line of strong storms came through our area last night. Thunder/lightning, heavy rain and wind for several hours with some structural damage reported a mile or so from my house. I slept too soundly to hear a thing.
