I am really getting tired of it also. It feels like it is never ending. I keep looking at weather.gov and focusing on the end of next week, when the temps are supposed to be in the 50's. I can hardly wait!!!

Wow, so much cold weather out there. We had about 5 days of snow and ice and I'm glad it's gone. The rain is falling and it's around 50 degrees which is pretty common for a Portland winter. I'll take the rain and warmer temperature any day.

Checkout forecast.io for an interesting weather prediction format. It won't change your weather, but it is fun to play with while sitting indoors and waiting for the snow to melt.

I should have listened to Gary and stayed in Florida until March.

It's cold where you are! Maybe you can make it worthwhile, though, by doing whatever needs to be done in order to move to Florida for good. Maybe this is your last winter up north!

A neat site for snow depth reports
Recent U.S. Snowfall and Snow Depth Maps | Snow and Ice | National Climatic Data Center (NCDC)
Pick your state and the time period of interest, then call the snowplow service. Or the kid next door.

A friend from work sent me a photo with a Malamute. It said
"The groundhog said six more weeks of winter.
So I ate him."

Much better!!!
It was warmer down here, too, 80 degrees today. I got to wear my shorts and a short sleeved summer blouse.

Waiting in the car today with the windows down for DD to come out from the pharmacy, I worked up a sweat and had to put the AC on. Kind of nice for a change. Hopefully it will begin to get better for all parts.

We are supposed to get freezing rain tonight followed by 1-2 inches of snow. Really? You don't think that we have had enough? I can't wait until Spring!

This weather is awful!!
39 degrees here in Minnesota today!! Yahoo! Feels like a heat wave. Yesterday was 25 and I took the day off. Hubby, kids, and I got some fun snowmobiling in. The only bad part was our youngest decided to get stuck in 5 feet of snow. I think he was thinking about jumping a little hill...little shiester!
