Considering how elegant and classy Jackie O was I think he still showed really bad judgement, but I could understand.
Bill Clinton and Monica I don't get it.
For the money Spitzer spent, and considering that is Silda Spitzer is smart (Harvard Law and high powered lawyer in her own right) and good looking, the hooker better look like a supermodel.

While I agree with you that prositiution should be legal, he did wrong (1) committing adultery, and (2) committing a crime which as Attorney General he had prosecuted others for.
