Watching some bird on a nest. Live.

Said bird is an eagle hatching it's two eggs - due to hatch at any time. Closeup is the one to watch.

Thanks for the reminder, Calmloki, it's that time of year to observe bird nests. I watch some parrot nests and like to follow this webcam from a place I'm too too familiar with, from employment days. I knew a PG&E reporter who was doing a story on these falcons in 1986, she was thrilled to do it, she was that rare bird, someone who really loved her job.

The eagle just shifted around and I saw the 2 eggs, still unhatched.
Thanks for sharing the link.
Is that a chainsaw I heard in the background or some creative downshifting from a big rig trucker?

Pretty cool. I saw the parent tearing up some animal that it caught. OMG, it was a cute fuzzy bunny!
