What country has lowest fail rate for dental implants?

Thanks for reading! If you know info or can tell me how to get it, I would appreciate that very much!

I'm going to be living part time in Europe. I need a dental implant and a redo on a failed root canal. After the failed root canal, I am less concerned with cost than with success rate.

Do you know which country has the best success rate?

My guess is Switzerland but I'm just guessing.

TIA!

I don't know anything about your specific question, but I'll offer an anecdote.

When I was living in Brazil, I had some very difficult dental problems (terrible pain) and I found a great dentist there. He shared the office with his son who was a dental surgeon. Both had been trained in Germany and they did a truly amazing job for me. It's now 30 years later and I have never had a recurrence in the problem area. So I would say that German dentistry is probably as good as you're likely to find.
