What to do with old photos?

I recently mentioned to my wife as we were tackling our own paper photo nightmare how future generations will no longer be plagued with this problem as they age; their memories being 99.9% digital already.

Yes - their problem will be ever-increasing digital storage needs for their huge libraries. Then they will have to decide if they want to keep buying more and more hard drives, pay more for larger cloud storage, or take the time to go through the digital files.

Yes but I get the feeling that they do not value them like we did?
