Some of the states with a short stack of wide disks you can pretty well guess who the big folks are.

Along that vein, here's the latest map from Forbes where the richest live. Note that Seattle and Omaha and Mexico City are where the largest discs are, which should give us an idea of how much money a very few (Gates, Buffet, Carlos Slim) have.
