Re: Who picked age 65?

Enough already! Can we return to topic?

Isn't age 65 the landmark for most people because that is when SS and Medicare kick in? I thought that the goal was to find a way to get out early.

After 30 years as a red sox fan, the kings appear to be mere amateurs...

Re: Who picked age 65?

Way back when I was little the insurance man (who drove a Buick) who sold my parents their Met Life said the first rule of sales is 'never mention sex, politics, or religion'. As for sports - its up to the individual salesman.

Still waiting for football season.

Re: Who picked age 65?

So it was YOU who was Little the Insurance Salesman!

I always knew we'd find out your true identity.

TH

Heh, heh - don't I wish. Out the kitchen window, I occasionally see Mr Ray on the other side on the inlet fishing off his pier. Being a smart ass, I've called him at his Insurance Agency and left a message with his secretary - watched him set down his pole and call me back on his cell phone. He also has four sons manning desks(when they're not fishing) back at the office. Age 65 doesn't mean much to him and probably not to his sons for that matter.
