So, he gets multiple years of "training" before you'll marry him? I need to have a talk with that man, and educate him on the finer points of a FWB relationship..........

FWB? I don't recognize that one.

It will actually be a total of 8 years since we met before I can* marry him. He will be very well trained by then.

* Fed pension survivor benefits rules...if remarry before 55, my wedding present from Uncle would be to lose both health benefits and pension.

I am amused by all the guys who tell us what women are thinking, or what they are after. Even Freud, who knew a thing or two about women, threw up his hands on that one!

If men really understood women, we would all be heavy contributors to research on a virutal love machine.

Ha

I have spent the better part of the last 50 years trying to discern what women want. After all that effort, my only conclusion is -- not me.

Little late chiming in here. Ha, I just have to say I think you are a romantic at heart and have a unique understanding of the female psyche: women want to feel beautiful, special and find a good dance partner
