Does anyone know where I can find the finalized federal tax rates and brackets? Thanks.

True; the Fairmark site above just starts with 2010 rates and brackets and modifies them by the usual economic data changes. They are only slightly higher than 2010, but will likely be a better estimate than unmodified 2010 rates.
