Re: $262 a Barrel Oil prices?

I think I may have identified one of the reasons for $262 a barrel oil.

They decide a ski slope isnt cutting it and want a repro of Vail.

These folks are still trying to figure out what's wrong with their sand. It's white, but why is it cold, and it turns to water after you hold it for a while. What's going on?

Side note: I'd like to see their cooling bill for that sucker.

Or maybe this is the reason:

They keep on building new cities and islands out in the sea.

Free.

Just turn up the spigot a little.

However, thats really the part that could rub you the wrong way. Somewhere along the line they could have excavated a little bit and laid that down into the ground. I'm not a thermodynamics expert, but i'm going to guess that would have cut the cost to cool that structure by a whole lot.

Options:

- it never occurred to them
- it did but they didnt care
- it did but they wanted to show off the whole thing by leaving it above ground and sticking up in the air

The baby boomers got some catching up to do with regards to excessive consumption...
