A sign the market is at peak ?,Kiyosaki "workshops" are back

The circus is in town again. "Rich Dad" "Workshops" are being advertized in the Los Angeles metro area. This is one of my imperical indicators of a market top. I hope I'm wrong .

Actually, you could use it as a contra-indicator for overall economic health - since the sheisters apparently feel that enough schmucks have some disposable income lying around to pay tuition to their seminars, they're willing to invest in advertising them. You probably didn't see much of their ads in 2009-2011, while the economy was in intensive care and people weren't as willing to invest in things.
