OP here.... about 10 minutes on the phone with Vanguard and one on the accounts is moving over as soon as I can get the paperwork in. One more to go. It's always amazed me how customer oriented Vanguard seems to be (at least in my experience). They make things easy and explain things well.

When people ask me "what do you do?" I always answer with "whatever it takes".
