It is a great neighborhood. This is important to quality of life and looking around Seattle, I think we're in one of the best spots.

Prices here are nuts though. I'm now starting to relate with what happened in the Bay Area. I think I'd be hard pressed to buy into this market (or rent for that matter). Good thing we've been here for awhile.
