After I stopped laughing I ordered a copy.

Ah... come on...this is the government you are talking about..... a pdf download is a few years away... besides, they get free postage and someone needs to keep those print shop and mail carriers employed.. if you did a pdf download then they wouldn't have a job and that would be baaaad.

That's is a very scary observation. I was truly interested in what they have to say but might have skipped the order if I could read it online and saw the option.

go to the site. Scroll down to the bottom. All the individual subjects are available in pdf. I read a couple. Totally useless IMHO

Thanks! I saw all those links and went carefully through them looking for the one with the title "manage your finances like a pro." If only I had drawn the obvious inference from the second sentence....

Agree--from the titles alone, not going to spend the time.
