Applying for Social Security

Applying for Social Security

I'm eligible to apply for SS in a couple of weeks. It doesn't appear that I can apply online. Do I need to go to the SS office to apply? Thanks

Not sure why you can't apply online. I just did it yesterday. And a while ago, I assisted DW apply online.

I only see "apply online for Disability" under My Social Security.

Does it maybe not enable until you are able to apply if you are taking it at the earliest possible age? Is that the case?
