Best deal on 10 year Home Equity Loan?

Anybody know of a better current deal than PenFed's 5.49% APR for 120 months with no points or closing costs? Thanks.

Yup Pen Fed's 10 year 4.99% Home Equity Loan with no costs. I gather that rate is no longer available.?

Nope - it expired. Replaced by the 5.49% APR rate.

I know you said Equity Loan but PENFED has a HELOC that is currently 4.5% (adjustable) and should remain there through at least December. You can set it up to be interest only payments or amortized and has $0 closing costs (as long as you keep it open for 2 years). Also Navy Federal Credit Union (if you qualify for membership) has a HELOC at 4.00% (adjustable).
