Best interest rate

Where do you get the best interest rate these days? CD, Moneymarkets, etc are paying close to nothing. Other than the risky stock market, where do you plunk your cash to a decent rate of return. I should say a relative low risk (I know nothing is no risk). It seems that GNMA bond funds seem to pay a consistent 6% is there something better out there?
