Boeing settles lawsuit accusing company of mishandling 401(k)*Plan

Boeing Co. agreed Wednesday to a preliminary deal to settle a long-running lawsuit accusing the company of mishandling its 401(k) plan to the detriment of its employees.

Being one of the 190,000 unnamed employees past and present, am curious to know the details.

When I look at the fees now on the funds I have they seem real reasonable. Not sure that was the case back in the day?? Senior moment...
