Capital Gains on Condo Sale
I posted this 2 hours ago. After spending 2 hours more going through Turbo Tax, I found the answer to my question.
![]() Only moderators can delete posts, so I am just editing it. My question was: Where do accrued passive activity losses show up on the 1040 when you sell a rental property to offset the Capital Gains. The answer: Schedule D. I hope no one was doing any research to get me an answer. Sorry about that. |
