CD Rates

Just got to Florida and found this great rate on cd's
5.35 percent  (apy)   (5 years)

Dang! Interesting how their <5 year CDs aren't above average, but the 5 yr really jumps up there.

Probably trying to hedge a jump in rates at the longer end of the curve.

Corus bank (6 months 4.17%) and recently DCU (11 months 4.4%) has their short term CDs much higher than their long term CDs. PFCU over the last several months has sunk back down from their occasional higher long term rates.
