Credit card FX class action settlement

Used a Visa, MC, or Diners Club card overseas between 1996 and 2006? You might be owed some money.

It's been a loooong time since I sent in my claim, so I checked the site above (after Googling and not finding anything fresher). I'm no lawyer but it looks like it's been appealed and we're waiting on the appeals. If anyone else is interested and has more knowledge of legalese than I, please feel free to confirm this and set us all straight. Otherwise it looks like it's hurry up and wait.
I was overseas A LOT so I was hoping to really cash in on this - buy a latte instead of an Americano the next time I go out for coffee, maybe.
