credit union cd

Just curious if anyone has had a cd at an out of state credit union & wanted to be sent a check instead of renew but the instructions you send get lost or are not followed so they just renew the cd?

No but there's a similar discussion on the high(ER) rate cd thread right now. I do think some places make it harder to opt out of auto-renew.
