Ya made me look darlin'.

I was able to see I was born on a Thursday...made me think of this poem...

Mondays child is fair of face,
Tuesdays child is full of grace,
Wednesdays child is full of woe,
Thursdays child has far to go,
Fridays child is loving and giving,
Saturdays child works hard for his living,
And the child that is born on the Sabbath day
Is bonny and blithe, and good and gay

Far to go...hmm, methinks I am almost out of gas....

Until now, I never knew I was born on a Saturday. Egad!

I am DOOMED!

Might as well pretend that I like to w*rk!

I was born on a Tuesday, but full of grace? I am so clumsy sometimes!

Who says that I have stopped? See my signature.

Might as well change my avatar to that of Sisyphus.

Nope. Never was one of those fortunate folk that earned a living and did what they loved. There are a few still I suspect.

My turn to back hand compliment myself: You know you're old when you are happy that you got carded at the liquor store.

I just remember this joke from another thread about the urinal's decoration.
What used to get me was when at work, I might have one of those split pee moments and think I was taking care of business in the urinal only to notice afterwards that I had a major problem with pants.

BTW, go Saints!

Consider this - if the movie "Back to the Future" were made today, and they went back in time the same number of years as in the original movie, they'd end up in 1980. (In the original movie, they went back to 1955 - 30 years).

A child born the same year the Challenger exploded will turn 24 this year.

Kentucky Derby Champion

Citation

World Series

Cleveland d. Boston Braves (4-2)

Deaths

Orville Wright

Babe Ruth
yeah...so that was the last time the tribe won a championship...THAT is depressing for a cleveland sports fan
