I ended up investing 1/3 immidiately and the rest over 6 months. Perfectly happy with the results. Knowing what I know at this moment in time I could have done even better by going all in but I'm content and sleeping well.

That last part "sleeping well" is worth a lot. Glad it worked for you and kept you dreaming.

10 or 12 months isn't that long but can feel that way if you are in a rush. If in a hurry, you can always DCA more in a shorter timeframe such as 8 or 6 months.

Value cost averaging outperforms dollar cost averaging. Worth a look.
