Re: EM taking it on the chin today

Anyone who follows a strict balancing program won't be hurt at all by the tanking Emerging markets. After enjpying 40+% GAINS for 3 straight years, only newcomers are getting hurt. I have been re-balancing every 13 months (to avoid the short term cap gains) and will be ahead of the game regardless of what happens due to having such a small allocation (5%). anyway, if it continues to tank I see a buying opportunity........ at my next annual re-balance (about 9 months from now)! I am committed to the LONG view........

Lets just say if I was clinton, I'd be doing a lot of lying right now, and somebody'd have to put me under oath asap.
