You're not the one causing pain here, and I doubt you're going to inspire any behavioral changes with that plea.

You could put him on your "Ignore Poster" list for a few days and see how it improves your quality of life...

Speaking of pain, both our local shippers (Horizon & Matson) have reduced their fuel surcharges again. I believe it's Matson's third or fourth reduction this year.

Norwegian Cruise Lines has found a more innovative way to reduce their fuel surcharges. A couple years ago they had three cruise ships plying the islands with a fourth on order. Now they have one.
