Gummint medical premium for retirees only up 5.45%- yea!

Blue Cross and Blue Shield standard option self and family. They have been doing a good job keeping the premium increases low, I think.

Of course there probably won't be any increase in the pension amount so the net will be down- BOOO!

How screwed up is the health care system when an annual increase of "only" 5.45% is good news in a supposedly deflationary year?
