How/Where do I find mutual funds dividend and capital gain distribution dates in advance? I can see historical dates at morningstar.com but it does not tell me next distribution date.

You have to go to the fund family website and search on "2014 distributions" or something like that. You'll usually find a page that gives you the dates and estimates. The ex-div date is what you are looking for.
