Investment Idea: LQI

I am hunting for shorts, and I think LQI might make sense. This is a leveraged, low end hotel operator that blew up in the past. My basic thesis is that they have high fixed costs, significant leverage, and are likely to be impacted by the rise in fuel prices. They are also trading at ~10X 2005E EBITDA. Anyone see reasons why this isn't an attractive short?
