IRA - spouse
If you have an IRA and pass away, assummimg the spouse is the beneficary, does it become their IRA with the same options as the original owner ? Any tax involved ?

No tax involved until the surviving spouse begins to take distributions. The survivor can role it over into a new IRA or into an existing IRA.
