Employers have to rollover of after tax monies to ROTHs. That may take them a while to figure out. If you croak with a 401K with after-tax monies... The plan sponser must allow all beneficiaries to roll those monies to a ROTH.

In a few short months all my monies will be away from my former employer and I will rest easier at night!
