Just as questionable knock off cigarettes are available in most if not all flea markets, it will be available on street corners in the hood. However most law-abiding citizens won't buy tobacco in flea markets or weed on the street corner. So how to capitalize on the now legal in 8 states + DC for recording use, 22 states for medical use, and 15 states legalized THC?

This isn't a "will you use" question but how to invest one esp since there isn't enough available to meet demand? (Pipeline issue)

In the rush to make pot legal I've not seen a discussion of the negative health effects of its smoke. Cannabis is not free from the ill health effects of inhaled tobacco smoke, is it?

1st of all, it's not a 'rush.' It's been legal for medical reasons well over a decade, some states for 2 decades. Other stopped arrests almost that long ago. Some states had it legal for recreation use almost half a decade.

But yes, any inhaled smoke isn't good. Maybe we should limit it to a cooking ingredient? Like adding alcohol (wine or my famous beer cheese soup) to food? How should we enforce that?

Smoking anything isn't exactly healthy, but even my most toasty friends never approach the quantity of pot that the 20-60 cigarettes a day habits many cigarette smokers did with tobacco. But legalization has also opened up access to many other forms of taking in THC that were more difficult in the illegal world. Edibles, vaping, oils, dabs, etc. are all ways to get high without burning vegetable matter. And for that matter, there are plenty of products that can be said to be unhealthy that are used by people every day (alcohol, carbs, caffeine, sodas, etc.). The right to choose to do things that are bad for you is a divine right.

Just as a side comment, Vermont is in the process of becoming the first state to legalize recreational sales of pot through the legislative process as opposed to the initiative process. The governor will probably sign the bill into law in the next couple of days. That will make 9 states (plus DC) that have legalized pot. And according to the Marijuana Policy Project,

Many people don't smoke it. You can ingest it in many wonderful recepies; THC/CBDs are fat soluble and can be used in most recepies calling for fats.

If you don't like to eat it you can use the Sessions' treatment, 250mg suppositories! Yes, indeed you can stuff it up your.......!
