You take the good with the bad, lol I was a stay at home mom with 3 babies. One year we lost our house to fire. We lived in a row of townhome and end unit caught fire spreading to ours. My family came through like gangbusters. Before our insurance even finalized the claim, we had a fully finished apartment including clothes.

My oldest son jokes he can land in any major city from Atlanta to Manhattan and get help if *$# hits the fan.
