It is the best 403b site I found. Steve Schullo is a Los Angeles school teacher and also a Vanguard diehard. He makes a lot of sense but not many listen to him. If my wife were not retiring from LAUSD next year I would be more active in pursuing alternate investments. Most 403b programs are not great and the LAUSD ones (second largest school distric in the country) are really crap.
