Update: DW just got off the phone to the provincial agency that assigns doctors......the lady to whom she spoke advised her that her doctor had also left, and she too was without a physician.

They are soon going to have to alter the ACA rules to allow another exemption to not purchase insurance to avoid penalty....Unable to find a doctor or hospital that is willing to accept it.
