Millennium Bank

offering Premium CDs:
seven year cd, minimum 100,000 pays 7.75% !
Premium Certificates of Deposit are NON-REDEEMABLE until maturity.
Can they do that ? absolutely non-redeemable ?

This bank is a subsidiary of a bank in Switzerland.
There address is in St. Vincent and the Grenadines, W.I.
.
So, I guess it's not US federally insured.
SAFE ? ??

Anyone know anything about this bank ?
