Yikes, 5 years seems really long with current economic uncertanties, I'll stick to my 4% money market at EmigrantDirect. Doesn't seem the whole economy is holding it's collective breath?

I agree with Lawrence!!!!! I have been purchasing 14 or 15 month CD's @ 4.75% with a minimum investment of $5,000. from a local bank here in Texas. I sure as heck don't want to tie up my money any longer than that given the surreal times in which we are living.
