I wanted to share my "car fund" with you guys cause i think these types of funds are below the radar at the moment. Basically, i'm using a Utility Fund (BULIX). You know.... the funds that used to be the safe kind of stocks with wonderful dividends, but got just brutalized in 2000-2002?

Guess what? They're back and going up steady as she goes. It also seems to be going up steady despite the up and down blips in the market most of the other sectors are experiencing. Nothing's even phased BULIX since sept 2002. Also, the total expense ratio on it is only (drum roll please) 0.69%.

0.69% expense ratio for a Sector fund!?! Get out of town!
