need advice with rolling over roth accounts or keeping them where they are.

There are a few parts to this so i'll try to make it clear as possible. My wife has her retirement account with Metlife and i have mine with AXA. We have a separate roth ira with amerprise but we are leaving them totally because of all the fees they charge. i'm thinking of rolling over the amerprise IRA to vanguard which should be easy enough. What about metlife and axa? I think we chose these two because they came to our work and talked about retirement accounts. should we keep our individual accounts with them or also roll them over to vanguard? do metlife and axa have reasonable fees or are they taking more than they should? what should we do?

By "retirement account" do you mean a tax-deferred/tax favored account (e.g. 401K, ROTH 401K, etc)? If so, there's no tax penalty for moving it and I'd definitely move all that money to Vanguard (my first choice), Fidelity, or T. Row Price. Take a look at your expenses with AXA or Metlife and you'll see that you'll save a lot with any of these three companies.
