Vanguard Target Retirement Series - then watch 'This Old House' reruns on tv - for your real estate fix.

Although I understand fishing, golf, travel seem to work also.

I like "House Detective" as well as "this old house". Note that in some markets there is some cheesy real estate show also called "house detective". In the real version, veteran home inspectors look through some real basket case homes to find out what went wrong during construction and home improvements. A real eye opener if you're a home owner...
