Have wondered this for awhile. Not that I'm interested in investing in one at this time, but in searching the Vanguard site, they do not seem to have any index funds that match the NASDAQ index. If I am wrong, please let me know what the fund is called. I see Fidelity seems to have one.

NASDAQ isn't an official Fama-French AA factor. Vanguard isn't very trendy.

And the NASDAQ index (NASDAQ-100) index is pretty weird. Individual "multipliers" for each stock in the index, not market weighted, and the folks running the index have an urge to diddle with the multipliers and stocks pretty regularly, which makes for some capital gains distributions (like when they whacked the amount of AAPL they carried in half...).

I suppose you could set up a brokerage account and buy QQQQ, the EFT. :p
