Not much room to fit in a recession

If anybody listens to Larry Kudlow, one of his bulls flipped on him. A respected economist Arthur Laffer, says we are just entering a recessesion.
ok, if the last quarter of 2007 was a mild GDP increase and the last half of 2008 everyone says will be expansion, then that leaves ONLY two quarters to have a recession - the first two quarters of this year. The "R" has to get here chop chop to fit into the only available slot for it.
Furthermore, if the market anticipates about 6 months in advance we are due for the resumption of the bull. Ce n'est pas juste ?
