Now even girls are playing the Ponzi game
In a club that I thought was only reserved for the bad boys, it seems that there is a place for the bad gals too. Women's lib?
Quote:
A New Jersey-based investment advisor has been charged by the Securities and Exchange Commission with stealing $11 million from clients through a Ponzi scheme she ran over the past 13 years.
The SEC charged that Sandra Venetis of Systematic Financial Associates Inc. in Branchburg, N.J.—one of the state’s upper-income suburbs—preyed on clients who were retired or unsophisticated about investments.

The mistake these people make is that they do not have an end game. They don't have a plan that says - I'll get $Xmillion and get out.
The problem these days is that you have to have a dual identity and then figure how to move the money to the new identity without it being traced.

I'm all for equal pay, equal opportunity, but there are limits.

Maybe girls are better at it and don't get caught.
